WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being7bxebx at Greenport, in the Town of Southold, County of Suf-
folk and State of New York, and bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Main Street, said
point being distant 46. 27 feet southeasterly and 65.00 feet souther-
ly from the corner formed by the intersection of the southwesterly
side of Main Street with the southerly. side-of.- Middle Road, formerly
known as North Road, said point also being where the southeasterly
corner of land of Henkel intersects the said westerly side of Main
Street and from said point of beginning; running thence South 26°
31150" East, 100. 00 feet to land of Calfa; running thence along the
northerly line of land of Calfa, South 630 281 10" West, 150. 00 feet
to land of Mazzaferro; running thence along the easterly line of
Mazzaferro, North 260 311 50" West, 99 .30 feet; running thence along
the southerly line of land of Mazzaferro, and land of Henkel, North
63° 121 10" East, 150. 00 feet to the westerly side of Main Street,
the point or place of BEGINNING.
SUBJECT TO mortgage made by the party of the first part to KATHLEEN
MARY CONLON by mortgage datMarch 17, 1969 .in the original sum of
$13,000, now reduced to $8,40`(4 and recorded on March 26, 1969
in Liber 5575 of Mortgages at page 415 in the Office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk.

BEING the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed from George Romney, Secretary of HUD, dated March 12, 1969 and
recorded March 26 , 1969 in Liber 6524 of Mortgages at page 559.
TOGETHER with all right, tide and interest, if any, of the parry of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and
all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
second part forever.
.AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
4f trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to
the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requites.
