Wendell Squire, C.E. and filed in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on July 5, 1933 as Map No 10331Y4 The said
premises are bounded and described with refe'PRhce to
said map as follows;
On the southwest by the northeasterly line of Bayview
Avenue a distance of 50 feet; on the northwest by the
southeasterly line of Lot #86 a distance of 150 feet; on
the northeast by land now or formerly of Frank N.
Tillinghast a distance of 50 feet and on the southeast
by the northwesterly lien of Lot #83.
TOGETHER WITH all of the right, title and interest of
the party of the first part in and to the land lying in
Bayview Avenue in front of and adjoining said,premises
to the center line thereof.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to
the party of the first part, Marjorie Haller, by deed
dated April 2, 1977 recorded at the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office at Liber 8214 Page 270 on April 4, 1977.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying
and being at Arshamamoque, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, known and designated as Lots €84 and i85, on
a certain map entitled, "Map Showing Subdivision of Property known
as Summer Haven, belonging to William G. Herx, near Southold, Suffolk
County, N.Y., surveyed December 4, 1931 by L. Wendell Sauire, C.E."
and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on
July 5, 1933 as Map No. 1033, which said lots, when taken together
are more particularly bounded and described according to said reap
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northeasterly side of Bayview Avenue
distant 928.80 feet Southeasterly from the corner formed by the
intersection of the Northeasterly side of Bayview Avenue with the
Southerly side of Colony Road; said point of beginning also being
where the division line between lots 85 and 86 intersects t' -.e
Northeasterly side of Bayview Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE North 52 degrees 30 minutes East along the
division line between lots 85 and 86 a distance of 150 feet to
lands now or formerly of Tillinghast;
THENCE South 37 degrees 30 minutes East along the Southwesterly
side of land now or formerly of Tillinghast, 50 feet to the division
line between lots 83 and 84;
THENCE South 52 degrees 30 minutes West along the ]ast .-entioned
division line, 150 feet to the Northeasterly side of Bayview Avenue;
THENCE North 37 degrees 30 minutes West along the Northeasterly
side of Bayview Avenue, 50 feet to the point or place of Beginning.
