easterly from a monument located 10/100ths of a foot north of the
southerly side of North Road;
running thence north 66 degrees 1 minute 20 seconds east along the
southerly side of North Road 110 feet to the lands now or formerly

thence south 23 degrees 58 minutes 40 seconds east along said land
149.81 feet;

Being the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed from Yuma Corp. dated July 8, 1963, recorded July 9, 1963 in
Liber 5375 cp. 408.
There has been executed and delivered simultaneously herewith and in-
tended to be recorded a purchase money mortgage in the stain of $40,000.00
which mortgage was made and executed by the party of the second part to,
the party of the first part.
