100 feet to land formerly of Bumble; thence along said last mentioned
land and at righ angles to said westerly line of Wood Lane, North 87
degrees 05 minutes 00 seconds West, 50 feet to land now or formerly
of Thompson; thence along said land now or formerly of Thompson, and
parallel with said westerly line of Wood Lane, North 2 degrees 55
minutes 00 seconds East, 114.24 feet to said southerly line of Manhanset
Avenue; thence South 68 degrees 35 minutes 50 seconds East, along the

first part herein and Tommy Leventopoulos by deed recorded in Liber
