BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Middle Road, C.R. 48,
said point being distant 200.00 feet easterly from the corner formed
by the intersection of the easterly side of Moore's Lane North with
the northerly side of Middle Road and from said point of beginning;

easterly line of land of Vaccaro 200.00 feet to the southerly side of

Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the
first part herein by deed recorded in Liber 9158 cp.589.
Together with a!l right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and rD2ds abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof; Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and 10 said premises; To Have And To Hold the p'emjs~s herein granH:d unto the
party of the second part, the heirs or successors gnd assigns of the party of the second part fore\'er.
