THIS INDENTURE, made the did-day of ~~, 1984
BETWEEN the COUNTY OF SUFFOLK, a municipal corporation
of the State of New York, having its principal office at the
Suffolk County Center, Center Drive, Riverhead, New York 11901,
party of the first part,
i AND TOWN OF SOUTHOLD COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY, 53095
I Main Road, Southold, New York 11971, party of the second part,
, WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, pursuant to
II Resolution Number 754-1984 adopted by the Suffolk County
pLegislature on August 28, 1984 and thereafter, approved by the
1'1 County Executive on September 11, 1984, in consideration of ten
I dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the
I second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of

I ALL, that certain plot, piece or parcel of land with

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the
party of the first part of, in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above-aescribed premises to the center lines thereof;
I TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and.

II TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the
I' party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of

II SUBJECT to all covenants, restrictions and easements of
record, if any.
I AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section
13 of the Lien Law, hereby covenants that the party of the first
Ipart will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will
I'hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to
be applied first for the purpose of ~aying the cost of the
I improvement and will apply the same .first to ..the payment of the
cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the
Isame for any other purpose.
THE WORD "PARTY" shall be construed as if it read "parties"
whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

instrument; that he knows the seal of said corporation; that the
seal affixed to said instrument is such corporate seal; that it
