paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with thebuildings and improvements thereon erect situate

County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as
follows:
Northerly by Front Street, 33 feet;
Easterly by land formerly of D. Stanley Corwin, 110 feet;
Southerly by land formerly of D. Stanley Corwin, 33 feet;
Westerly by land formerly of Stanley Bodetka, 110 feet.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Sidney Lynn
and Ruth Lynn, his wife by Millie Keese by deed dated 9/25/41 and
recorded 9/29/41 in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in
Liber 2190 of deeds at Page 532.
01 This deed is given for the purpose of rnrrect;na an error in the
name of Elizabeth Davis, one of the parties of the second part hereto,
specifically, to remove the middle initial "E." from said name of
said party of the second part in said deed, which was executed, acknow
ledged and delivered on December 22, 1982 and recorded in the office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 9297 of Conveyances,
Page 299, on the 11th day of January, 1983.
