lying and being in the Town of Southold,County of Suffolk and State of New
York, known and designated as Lots 1, 2 and 3 as shown on a certain
map entitled, "Am. Map A, Peconic Bay Estates at Arshamomoque" and
filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Su£f-olk'on May 19,
1933 as Map No. 1124 and a described parcel which lots and a described
parcel when taken together are more particularly bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Bayshore Road where the
same is intersected by the division line between lots 3 and 4 on the
,aforesaid map, said point or place of beginning being the southeast
;corner of the herein described parcel; running thence from said point
or place of beginning along the northerly side of Bayshore Road,
!South 79° 54' West 250.0 feet to land now or formerly of Arkays Inc.;
thence along said last mentioned land, North 160 54' Fast 240 feet more
or less to the ordinary high water mark of the Creek; thence in a
general easterly direction along the ordinary high water mark of the
Creek as it winds and turns 155 feet more or less to the division line
be.taeen lots 3 and 4 first above mentioned; thence along said.last
(nentioned division line South 7° 06' East 205 feet more or less to the
ortherly side of Bayshore Road at the point or place of beginning. .
NG AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises described in a certain deed
the party of the first part, recorded in the Office of the Suffolk
my Clerk in Liber 7977 of Deeds at page 569 on January 22,1976.
