paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unna the party of the second part, the heirs

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by deed from Clinton A. Hor_7e1, Lillian S. Morris, as
devisee of John J. Morris, ,and Stanley Skrszec III, as executor of the
last will and testament of Jacob Tyler, de._.eased, dated December 1,
1982 and recorded in the Suffolk County C1=.rk's Office on January 18,
1983 in Liber 9301 page 375.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party o: :ae first part in and to any streets and
