SLEDJESKI, his wife, both residing at (No #) North Road, Greenport, New York 11944; party of the first part, and ELEFTHERIOS PAPPAS and THEANO PAPPAS, his wife, both residing at 30-22 34th Street, Astoria, New York, as tenants by the entirety in respect to a one-half undivided interest in the subject premises, and GREGORY ATHANASOPOYLOS and ALEXANDRA ATHANASOPOYLOS, his wife, both residing at 30-22 34th Street, Astoria, New York, as tenants by the entirety in respect to a one-half undivided interest in the subject premises; party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the parry of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and beingtallffie near Greenport, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a monument on the northerly line of Middle Road (C.R. 27) at the southeasterly corner of the premises herein described and which monument also marks the southwesterly corner of land now or formerly of Tasker; running thence along the said northerly line of Middle Road (C.R. 27) south 77 degrees 57 minutes 30 seconds west 200.36 feet to land heretofore conveyed by Joseph M. Schneider and Kathryn D. Schneider, his wife, to Leighton L. Phelps; running thence along said last mentioned land north 16 degrees 32 minutes 20 seconds west 474.83 feet to land of 'Eastern Shores at Greenport' as shown on map filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on April 27, 1964 as Map No. 4021; running thence along said land of 'Eastern Shores at Greenport' north 76 degrees 37 minutes 40 seconds east 203.32 feet; running thence still along land of "Eastern Shores at Greenport' and along land now or formerly of Tasker south 16 degrees 13 minutes 40 seconds east 479.64 feet to the monument on the northerly side of Middle Road (C.R. 27) the point or place of BEGINNING. Id 111 BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed from Michael Dorcic and Ann Dorcic, his wife, dated June 29, 1968 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 1, 1968 in Liber 6373 cp 377.
