Brown 's lot being distant South 35 degrees 38 minutes East seven hundred twenty-one and nine-tenths (721. 9) feet from a granite- road monument set at a point in the southerly side of the North 2 Road or King's Highway, distant therein ten hundred ninety-two and three tenths (1092. 3) feet westerly from the point wnere the said southerly side of the North Road is intersected by the east- �� erly boundary line of lands conveyed to the said Valentine Ruch and Helen R. Ruch, his wife, by Mary L. Rasch, by deed dated August 27 , 1919, recorded August 28, 1919, in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office in Liber 982 of Deeds, page 169, said easterly Q line of lands of Valentine Ruch being also the westerly line of lands now or formerly of one Ryder, said point of intersection being marked by a granite merestone; and from said point of be- ginning running south 55 degrees 15 minutes east one hundred (100) feet; thence South 34 degrees 45 minutes west one hundred ninety- six (196) feet, more or less, to the high-water mark of Arshamomoque Bay; thence northwesterly along said high water mark the several courses thereof one hundred (100) feet more or less, to a point where said high water mark of Arshamamoque Bay is intersected by f a line drawn parallel to the second course hereinabove described and distant one hundred (100) feet northwesterly therefrom; then e along said line drawn parallel to the second course hereinabove described north 34 degrees 45 minutes east one hundred seventy- nine (179) feet more or less to the point or place of beginning. iTOGETHER with an equal right with the said Valentine Ruch and Helen R. Ruch, his wife, in and to the lands under the water of Arshamomoque Bay lying southwesterly of the lands hereinabove described. TOGETHER with a twenty-five (25) foot right of way over oth r lands of the said Valentine Ruch as now laid out running from Kings Highway or North Road to the waters of Long Island Sound. BEING the same land and premises conveyed to William L. Pitman and Norma Ditzel Pitman, his wife, by deed dated Feb. 24 , 1938, from Edward T. Curry and Ethel V.
