WITNESSETH, that whereas letters of administration were issued to the party of the first part
by the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, New York on February 22,1982,and by virtue
of the power and authority given by Article 11 of the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of

of Benj. H. Reeve, John J. Bartlett, Charles Cotton, Clarence C. Miles, situated at
Greenport, Suffolk County, New York" and filed in the Office of the County Clerk of
Suffolk on June 20, 1892 as Map No. 469 AND all that certain plot, piece or parcel
of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk"and State
of New York, known and designated as and by the Lot No. 99 as shown on a certain map
entitledTlap of part of the Estate of Thomas F. Price, Sr., situated at Greenport,
Suffolk County, New York", and filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk on
Ikccnu�r 12, 1927, as ?;:p ND. 851, ,' ich said lots when taken together are more
particularly LYxanded and described as follows:
BLGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the easterly side of Madison
Avenue with the northerly side of West Street and running thence North 14 degrees 46
minutes 40 seconds East along the easterly side of Madison Avenue 109.90 feet to the
southerly side of Madison Avenue; thence South 83 degrees 19 minutes 00 seconds East
along the southerly side of Madison Avenue 76.28 feet to land now or formerly of Eddie
Smith; thence along said last mentioned land the following two courses and distances:
1) South 7 degrees 22 minutes 10 seconds West 13.86 feet; 2) South 8 degrees 41 minutes
30 seconds West 107.29 feet to the northerly side of West Street; thence along the
northerly side of West Street, the following two course and distances: 1) North 76
degrees 29 minutes 10 seconds West 10.00 feet; 2) North 75 degrees 13 minutes 20 second
West, 78.68 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
10GETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances,
and also all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death in said premises, and also
the estate therein, which the party of the first part has or has power to convey or dispose of, whether individ-
ually, or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second
part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as a fo:ecaid.
Subject to the trust fund provisions of section thirteen of the Lien Law.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
