November 6, 1961, by Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son, Licensed land surveyors, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the 7th day 35.00 of March 1962 as Map No. 3519. 3LOCK The above-mentioned lot being further described as follows: )4.00 BEGINNING at a monument on the easterly line of a 50 foot road known as OT Gull Pond Lane at the southwesterly corner of land now or formerly of 5.000 William E. Ubbens and Margaret Ubbens; from said point of beginning run- ning thence along land last mentioned North 60 degrees 00 minutes East 330.00 feet, more or less, to ordinary high water mark of Gull Pond as recently dredged; thence southerly along said high water mark 111. 26 feet to other lands of the parties of the first part; thence South 60 degrees 00 minutes West 281. 24 feet, more or less, to said easterly line of Gull Pond Lane; thence northerly along said easterly line of Gull Pond Lane, 100 feet, to the point or place of beginning. Together with a right of way over said Gull Pond Lane from the south- westerly corner of the premises herein described northerly to the North Road. Together with all of the right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part to such portion of the land under the waters of Gull Pond as adjoins said premises.
