FLORENCE PAGAN a/k/a FLORENCE EMMA PAGAN late of
Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, New York
who died on the 3rd day of August nineteen hundred and eighty-two
party of the first part, and
EDWARD P. JURZENIA, residing at (No #) Silvermere Road,
Greenport, New York
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, to whom letters
testamentary were issued by the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, New York
on January 10, 1983 and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last will
and testament, and/or by Article 11 of the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of

and other good and valuable consid/�paul y the party of the second part, does hereby grant and
release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second
part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and beingimiimt at Arshamomoque, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, known and designated as Lot 55 and the Northerly one-
half of Lot 56, on a certain map entitled, "Amended Map of Peconic Bay
Estates", and filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk
on May 19, 1933 as Map #1124, which said lot and part of lot, when taken
together as one parcel, is more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the Northeasterly side of Bayshore Road where
the same is intersected by the dividing line between Lots 54 and 55;
running thence Northeasterly along said dividing line between Lots 54
and 55 on a course North 66 degrees 9 minutes East a distance of 160.00
feet to the ordinary high water mark of Peconic Bay; thence still
Northeasterly along the same course 15 feet more or less to the high
water mark of Peconic Bay as shown on the above mentioned filed Map;
running thence Southerly along the high water mark of Peconic Bay as
shown on the above mentioned map 75 feet, more or less, to the center
line of Lot 56; running thence Westerly along the center line of Lot
56 on a course South 66 degrees 9 minutes West 15 feet to the ordinary
high water mark of Peconic Bay; running thence Westerly along the
same course, South 66 degrees 9 minutes West a distance of 160.00 feet
to the Northeasterly side of Bayshore Road; running thence Northwesterly
along the Northeasterly side of Bayshore Road on a course North 23
degrees 51 minutes West a distance of 75.00 feet to the point or place
of BEGINNING.
This conveyance is given in return for the conveyance of other property
of the grantee to the grantor.
