BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Tarpon Drive distant
150.00 feet easterly from the corner formed by the intersection of

rights of the party olthelirst part in and to said premises; To Have And To Hold the premises herein granted unto the
party 01 the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns 01 the party of the second part forever,
And the party 01 the lirst part covenants that the party olthe lirst part has not done or suffered anything whereby the

And the party of the lirst part, in compliance with Section 13 olthe Lien Law, <:ovenants thatthe party olthe lirst part
will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund
