Witnesseth, that the party ofthe first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by
the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party ofthe second part, the heirs or successors
and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being in the TcMn of South old , County of Suffolk and State of New York, map known as
"Plan of Property at Greenport, knarm as Greenport Driving Park" and filed
December 1, 1909 as Map Numb er 369 as and by part of IDt 42 and all of 43 and
44 which lots when taken together are bounded and described as follows:
BffiINNING at the =rner formed the intersection of the southerly side of
Linnett Street and the easterly side of Seventh Street; running thence along
the southerly side of Linnett Street south 82046'10" east 100.33 feet; thence
south 6056'50" west 125.20 feet; thence north 83026'20" west 100.21 feet to
the easterly side of Seventh Street; thence along the easterly side of Sevent
Street north 6053'30" west 126. 7 feet to the point or place of BffiINNING.
BEING AND INl'ENDED TO BE the same premises =nveyed to Frank A. Field by deed
of Oscar Goldin dated December 15, 1979 and re=rded in the office of the
Suffolk County Clerk on December 28, 1979 in Liber 8752 page 580.

Together with all right, title and interest, if any. of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof; Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights ofthe party of the first part in and to said premises; To Have AndTo Hold the premises herein granted unto the
party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
And the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.

Will receive the conSideration for thiS conveyance and will hold the rightto receive such consideration as a trust fund
to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first tothe payment
ofthe cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
