BEING AND INI'ENDED TO BE the same prEmises =nveyed to Frank A. Field by deed
of Anthony Mastroianni, Public Administrator of Suffolk County, as Administrator
of the Estate of Bessie Hodges, Deceased, pursuant to Letters of Administration
issued by the Surrogate's Court of Suffolk County on the 19th day of NovEmber. 1980,
whose office is located at Suffolk County Center , Riverhead, N. Y. dated
June 23, 1981 and re=rded June 26, 1981" in the office of theSuffolk County
Clerk's office in liber 9024 page 388.

Together with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof; Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights ofthe party ofthe first part in and to said premises; To Have And To Hold the premises herein granted unto the
party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
And the party of the first part covenants thatthe party ofthe first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.

Will receive the conSIderation for thiS conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund

The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
