WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, bounded and described as follows:
All that land underwater in "The Basin" as shown on a subdivision
map entitled, "Map of Southold Shores at Arshamomaque, Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York" , which map was filed in the
Suffolk County Clerk ' s Office on August 29 , 1963 as Map No. 3853;
and being the land underwater between extensions of the north and
south boundary lines of lot 35 thereon westerly of a tie line drawn
from the northeast corner of Lot 51 to the northeast corner of Lot
52 thereon.
TOGETHER with an easement, in common with others, over the waters
of "The Basin" and the inlet connecting "The Basin" to Peconic Bay,
from the above described premises to and from Peconic Bay.
