Cron the following two (2) courses and distances: (1) South 66 degrees39 minutes 50 seconds West 223.83 feet; and (2) South 23 degrees 20 minutes 10 seconds East 163.87 feet to Lot #79 on Map of Cleaves Point --Section Three (Suffolk County File Map No. 4650); thence North 66 degrees 39 minutes 50 seconds East 258.0 feet along Lots 79, 80 and 81 of said last mentioned map to the westerly line of said private road known as "Maple Lane", the following two (2) courses and distances: (1) North 31 degrees 30 minutes West 110.20 feet; and (2) North 42 degrees 00 minutes West 57.83 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
