WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs

RUNNING THENCE along land now or formerly of Arthur M. Joost, North 34 degrees 11
minutes 20 seconds West 550 feet, more or less, to the ordinary high water mark
of the Long Island Sound;
THENCE northeasterly along said ordinary high water mark of the Long Island
Sound 100 feet to land now or formerly of John P. Ruebsamen;
THENCE along said land of John P. Ruebsamen, South 32 degrees 22 minutes 20
seconds East 575 feet, more or less, to said northerly line of North Road;
THENCE along said northerly line .of 'North Road, South 61 degrees 23 minutes 20
seconds West 80.0 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE thedsame premises conveyed to the party of the first
part herein by deed dated 11/25/74 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office in Liber 7767 of Conveyances at Page 104 on 12/16/74.
TOGETHER WITH all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first
part in and to the lands lying below the present or former high water line of
the Long Island Sound.
