of New York, bounded and described as follows: -
G S PARCEL 1 -BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of land conveyed by
Inex Fordham to the parties of the first part, running thence wes-
terly and parallel to the southerly line of other land of parties of
the first part about one, hundred (100) feet to the easterly line of
Bay Road, running thence northerly along the easterly line of Bay
Road seventy-five (75) feet, running thence along other land of the
parties of the first part and parallel to the first course herein-
before mentioned and described to the existing high water line of
Marion or Gardiners Bay, running thence southerly along said exist-
ing high water line to the point or place of beginning.
PARCEL 1 being the same premises acquired by the Grantor herein
by deed dated June 4, 1954 and recorded June 7 , 1954 in Liber 3704
page 500.
PARCEL 2 - BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of a Town
Highway known as Bay Road, where same is intersected by the southerly
line of land of the party of the second part;- running thence in a
general easterly direction at an angle of 90 degrees to the said
road line along the southerly line of land of party of the second
part to the existing highwater line of Marion or Gardners Bay, thence
southerly along the existing highwater line to a point which, mea-
sured fifty (50) feet frQm.khe_ said so.>therly line of land of party

land of party of the second part and fifty (50) feet distant there-
from to the easterly line of Bay Road; running thence northerly fifty
(50) feet along the easterly line of Bay Road to the point or place
of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of said party of the
first part of, in or to that part of the water and land under the
water adjacent to the above pttoperty and to that part of Bay Road that
is adjacent to the above described property to the center line thereof.
PARCEL 2 being the same premises acquired by therantor herein by
and Tecorded Octobe 22g, 1954
deed dated October 8, 1954/in Liber 3778 page r187.
SUBJECT TO A LIFE ESTATE RETAINED BY THE GRANTOR HEREIN.
