paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs

Road (CR 48) 255.26 feet to the easterly line of land now or formerly of
Walden;
RUNNING THENCE North 24n 56' 30" West along said land and along
land now or formerly of Crystal 850 feet to Long Island Sound;
