WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second
part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

Town of Southold. County of Suffolk, designated and described as Unit
No. D-8 In the Declaration establishing a plan for condominium owner-
ship of said buildings and the land on which they are erected (here-
inafter called the "Property") , made by the rrantor under the Condo-
minium Act of the State of Nett York (Article 9-9 of the Real Property
Law of the State of New York) , dated June 8. 1978, recorded in the
Office of the County Clerk, County of Suffolk on the 8th day of June,
1978- in Litter 8441. .at Page 183 (hereinafter called the "Declaration" )
and destgnated as Tax Lot No. 1-8 in Dist , 1000, "en. 3$:00 , Rlk. 07.00
in the Tax Map of the Town of Southold and on the floor plans of the
�:ulldings certified by Lawrence Tuthill, Engineer on the 21st day of
May , 1978, and filed in the Office of the County Clerk, County of
Suffolk on the 31st day of May, 1978. as Condominium file No. 62.
TOGETIER with an undivided 4.76% interest in the common
elements in said condominium.

and roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appur-
tenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND
L,toaroc, TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns
of he party of he second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
_ AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
Jthe first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such con-
sideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will
apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the
same for any other purpose.
The word "party"shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

All that certain plot, piece or parcel, of land, with
the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being at East Marion, Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of a private
road known as Maple Lane and which point is distant 2100
feet more or less southerly from the south property
line of Main Road. The said point of beginning being a
common corner with lands now or Xormerly oY Kavanagh.
From said point of beginning easterly 62.08 feet on a
bearing North 56 degrees 29 minutes 10 seconds east ;
thence southerly bearing south 33 degrees 30 minutes
