party of the second part,
WrrNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being imitat at Arahamomoque in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
LeY" New York, known and designated as Lots numbered 25, 26, 27 and 28 on a certain
j map entitled, "MAP OF PROPERTY KNOWN AS SUMMER HAVEN, BELONGING TO WILLIAM
G. HERR, NEAR SOUTHOLD" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County
DISTRICT of Suffolk on July 5, 1933 as Map No. 1133, said lots when taken together
1000 are more particularly bounded and described as follows:
SECTION BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Bayview Avenue at the division
052.00 line between Lot No. 24 and Lot No. 25;
BLOCK RUNNING THENCE along said division line and land now or formerly of W.H.
05.00 Link, South 52 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West 213.00 feet to the ordinary
LOT high water mark of Arshamomoque Pond;
019.000 THENCE along last mentioned land on a tie line course of North 26 degrees
11 minutes 20 seconds West 101.98 feet to the division line between Lot No.
28 and Lot No. 29;
THENCE along said division line and land now or formerly of Metz, North 52
degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East 193.00 feet to the westerly side of Bayview
Avenue;
THENCE along the westerly side of Bayview Avenue, South 37 degrees 30 minutes
00 seconds East 100.00 feet to the division line between Lot No. 24 and Lot
No. 25, at the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the party of the
first part by deed dated January 8, 1973 and recorded in the Office of the
Suffolk County Clerk on 1/23/73 in Liber 7329 page 01.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part las not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
-the first part will receive the. consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund:to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

written.
