TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any Teat"s and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the. second part forever.
1_ AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything

ATTACHMENT TO GRANT DEED
RIGHT TO PURCHASE AGREEMENT
THIS Ate, dated January 22, 1988 is entered into between the
NORTH FORK HOUSING A[AaANCE INC. , 18 Second Street, Greenport, New York
11944 and STEVEN S14ITH and SYLVIA SMITH, his wife, residing at 714 Linnet
Street, Greenport, New York 11944.
DEFINITIONS
NORTH FORK HOUSING Ar.T.T XX, INC. (hereinafter NHA ) means the NORTH FORK
Alliance or its successors. All references in this Agreement to Igm, except
in subparagraph A of Paragraph 1, below, shall also refer to any governmental
or non-profit organization (DESIGN) designated by GM to exercise its
RIGHT TO PURCHASE under this Agreement.
"DESIGNEE" means any governmental Or non-profit orgainziatoon designated
by NHA to administer, monitor, exercise, and assign this RIGHT TO PURCHASE.
"ASSIGNEE" means an eligible purchaser to•whom NHA has assigned this RIGHT
TD PURCHASE pursuant to subparagraph C of Paragraph 1.
APPLICANT ELIGIBILITY
Low and moderate incone eligibility will be defined as follows: an
adjusted annual inane which shall not exceed at the time of initial
oocupany 95 percent of the median inocme for the area, with adjustments
for smaller and larger families.
