The grantors herein are the same persons as the grantees in Uccd dated 1/10/97 rewrdcd (/30/97 in Liber
11813 page 783.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, ul'the party of the firs[ pan in and to arty streets and
raids abutting the about described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appunenances and all the estate and rights of the pany of the first pan in and to
said premises,
TO HAVEAND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the parry of the first part, covenants that the party of the first pan has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first pan, incompliance with Section 13 of the Lirn Law, covennnts that the pany
of the first pan will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
considcrotion as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvcmcnt end will
apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvcmcnt before using any part of flit total of the same
for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whcrtevcr the sense of this indenture so
requires.

SCHEDULE A -DESCRIPTION
AMENDED 06/27/08
All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Village of Mattituck,
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known as Lot No. i on a certain map
entitled, "Map of Salt Lake Village, Mattituck, Long Island", prepared by Otto H. Van Tuyl, C.E. and
filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 10, 1940 as Map Number 1310, said lot being more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly side of Old Salt Road at the point where the division line pf
Lots 1 and 2 on the aforesaid map intersects the southerly side of Old Salt Road;
RUNNING THENCE South 10 degrees 55 minutes 00 seconds East, along the last mentioned division
line, 184.32 feet to the average high water mark of Great Peconic Bay;
THENCE on a tie line course bearing South 79 degrees 13 minutes 36 sewnds West along said
average high water mark, 110.00 feet;
THENCE North 10 degrees 55 minutes 00 seconds West, 187.80 feet to the Easterly side of Old Salt
Road;
THENCE along the Easterly, Southeasterly and Southerly sides of Old Salt Road along the arc of a
curve bearing to the right having a radius of 25.00 feet, a length of 55.58 feet to a point on the
Southerly side of Old Salt Road;
THENCE Easterly along the Southerly side of Old Salt Road, along the arc of a curve bearing to the
left having a radius of 115.00 Feet, a length of 75.03 Feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
