roads abutting the above described premises [o the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to
said premises,
TO HAVEAND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, covenants that [he party of the first part has not done or suffered anything

AND the party of the first-part, ~m:compltance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will
apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same
for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.

SCHEDULE "A" DESCRIPTION
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate near the Village of
Southold, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly line of a Private Road 25 feet in
width distant 441.15 feet southeasterly measured along said southwesterly line
from the southeasterly line of North Road, said point being the northwesterly
corner of premises herein described:
1) RUNNING THENCE partly along the southwesterly line of said Private Road
and partly along other land of William A. Richmond and Margaret W.
Richmond, his wife, South 48 degrees 47 minutes 30 seconds East, 202
feet, more or less, to the ordinary high water mark of Arshamomaque Pond;
2) RUNNING THENCE southwesterly along said ordinary high water mark of
Arshamomaque Pond 55 feet, more or less, to the northeasterly corner of
land this day conveyed by William A. Richmond and wife to Samuel Hazen
and Marjorie Hazen, his wife;
3) RUNNING THENCE along the northeasterly boundary line of land this day
conveyed by William A. Richmond and wife to Samuel Hazen and wife,
North 48 degrees 47 minutes 30 seconds West,183feet, more or less; and
4} RUNING THENCE northeasterly along the land this day conveyed by
William A. Richmond and wife to Samuel Hazen and wife, North 41 degrees
12 minutes 30 seconds East, 49.77 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH a right of way from a point distant 47.85 feet southeasterly
from the northwesterly corner of the above described premises, over said
