parry of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the parry of the first part, inconsideration of Ten Dollars and other lawful
consideration, lawful mohey of the United States, paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and
release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever,
ALL that certain ploy piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
sltuatc, lying and being at Laurel, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York.
SEE SCHEDULE `A' ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART IiEREOF
The grantors herein are the same persons as the grantees in Deed dated 07/(2/04 recorded 09/I?/04 in
Liber 12344 page 511.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate end rights of the party of the first part in and to
said premises,
TO HAVEAND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the sceond part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the parry of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, wvenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the first part wilt receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will
apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same
for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
regaircs.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land situate lying and being at Laurel, in
the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, and designated
as lot no. 22 on a certain. map entitled, "Map of Laurel Country Estates", and filed
in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 22, 1970 as Map No.
5486 more particulady bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly end of a curve connecting the southerly
side of Gina Street with the westerly side of Delmar Drive;
RUNNING THENCE along the westerly side of Delmar Drive South 13 degrees
38 minutes 10 seconds East, 115.53 feet to the division line between lots 21 and
.22 on the aforesaid map;
THENCE along said division between lots 21 and 22 South 71 degrees 23
minutes 40 seconds West 182.17 feet;
THENCE along the westerly side of lot 22 North 18 degrees 36 minutes 20
seconds West 140.00 feet to the southerly side of Gina Street;
THENCE along the southerly side of Gina Street North 71 degrees 23 minutes
40 seconds East, 149.34 feet to the westerly end of the first above mentioned
curve;
THENCE easterly, southeasterly and southerly along said curve bearing to the
right on a radius of 22.92 feet a distance of 37.99 feet to the point or place of
