SWEENEY, H1S WIFE residing at 31 Hotestead Avenue, Garden City, Ncw York (hereinafter referred to as Grantors"), and JAMES P. SWEENEY and SUSAN E. S1~VEENEY, AS TENANTS iN COMMON, residing at 31 Homestead Avenue, Garden City, New York (hereinafter referred to as Grantees"). WITNESSETH, that Grantors, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant and release unto Gmtttees and the legal representatives, successors and assigns of Grantees forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings thereon erected, more fully described on Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of Grantors in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof, TOGETHER with the appunenances and all the estate and rights of Grantors in and to said premises, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto Grantees and the legal representatives, successors and assigns of Grantees [orever. AND the Grantor covenants that the Grantor has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
