South 28 degrees 03 minutes 30 seconds West. a distance of 192.17 feet to the northerly line of Crittens Lane: RUNNING THENCE in a general westerly direction along the northerly line of Crittens Lane, on a curve to the left having a radius of 100.0 feet, a distance of 20.72 feet; RUNNING THENCE North 89 degrees 28 minutes 40 seconds West, a distance of 70.0 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
