tying and being at Southold, in the town of Southold, County of SuffoOt and State of New York, being bounded
and described as folktws:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Hill Road distant 121.11 feet west, as measured along the
northedy side of HIII Road from the extreme westedy point of the arc of a curve that connects the northedy
side of Hiil Road and the westerly aide of Calves Neck Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the northerly side of Hill Road North 55 degrees 41 minutes 00 seconds West
168.83 feet;
RUNNING THENCE North 28 degrees OS minutes 10 seconds East 190.45 feet to the southerly side of
Midfamt Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the southery side of Midfartn Road North 88 degrees 44 minutes 50 seconds East

whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with SeGbrt 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such wnsidaration
as a trust fund ro be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose. The word 'party" shall be construed as if it read 'parties' when ever the sense of this Indenture so
requires.
