lawful money of the United States paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto
the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,

July 24, 2001 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August 14, 2001 in Libcr

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first pan in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises.
TU HAVE AA'D TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
the party of the first pan covenants that the party of the first pan has not done or suffered anything
by the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
'AND THE parry of the first part, incompliance with Section 13 of the Lirn Law, covenants that the parry
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied lest for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement, and
will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any pan of the total of
the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties' whenever the
sense of this indenture so requires.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land; situate, lying and being at Southold,'fown of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of Ncw York, known as Unit No. !6E (hereinafter called the "Unit") as designated and
described in the Declaration establishing Founders Vi{lage Condominium 1 (hereinafter called the
"Property") made by Linda Realty Ltd. under the Condominium Act of the State of New York (Article 9-B
of the Real Property Law of the State of New York) dated May 20, 1985 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of
Suffolk County on the 3'" day of June 1985 in Liber 9801 Page 369 (hereinafter called the "Declaration") and
designated as Tax Lot No. 030.000 on the floor plans ('The Floor Plans") of the building in which unit is
located (hereinafter called "The Building") certified by Steven G. Tsontakis, Engineer, filed in the said County
Clerk's Office as Map No. 1 I5. The buildings are shown on a site plan as filed in the said County Clerk's
Office as Map No. 115.
The land on which the building containing unit is located (and on which the other units forming a part of
the property arc located) is particularly described in the aforementioned Declaration of Condominium.
