map was filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on March 19. 1990 as Map No. 8911, bounded and
described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Oriole Drive distant 223.30 feet westeny,as measured
along the northerly side of Oriole Drive from the extreme westerly end of the arc of a curve connecting
the northerly side of Oriole Drive and the westerly side of Tuthill Road Extension;
RUNNING THENCE westerly along the northerly side of Oriole Drive along the arc of a curve bearing
to the right. having a radius of 759.07 feet a distance alSon~g said curve of 101.57 feet;
THENCE North 07 degrees 31 minutes 30 seconds~A265.37 feet;
THENCE North 78 degrees 16 minutes 40 seconds East. 65.99 feet;
THENCE Soulh 15 degrees 11 minutes 30 seconds East. 265.79 feet to the northerly side of Oriole
Drive, at the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed
dated 6/23198, recorded 7/7/98 in Liber 11903 page 171, the grantors herein being the same persons
as the grantees in deed recorded in Liber 11903 page 171.
TOGETHER with all right, bile and interest. if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER wdh the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the fast part in and to said premises: TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises
herein granted unto the party of the second pan, the heirs or successors and assigns of the pang of the second
part forever
AND the party of the fast part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered In any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the parry of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Llen Law, covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such wnsideretion as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will appty the same first
to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose. The word -party" shall be consVUed as if it read "parties- when ever the sense of this indenture so
requires
