BEING AND INTENDED TO BE one-half of the party of the first pans undivided fifty percent (5096) interest in
thesame premises acquired by Donald W. Slndairand Alice H. Sirtdairintlueeseparate incremerdal wveyarlces
by deeds recorded In the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk in Liber 2931 page 420, ubar 5452 page 523 and
Liber 8331 page 421, respectively, the party of the first part having acquired his undivided flfly perCerd (5096)
interest In such premises from the Estate of Alice H. Sindalr by deed recorded In the Office of the Stdfolk County
Clerk in Litrer 11808 page 959 and pursuant tD the Last Will and Testament of the said Alive H. Sindalr (Suffolk
County Surtogate's CouR FUe No. 1394 P 1998).
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above desalted premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with Bte apptatertances and all
the estate and dghts of the party of the first part In and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises
herein granted urrto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second
part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has rat done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in arty way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, In compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party Of the first
part will receive the wnsideration for this conveyance and will hold the dgftt to receive such arnaideretlon as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of payfrtg the cost of the improvemerd and will apply the same first
to the payment of the cost of the Improvement before using any part of the total of the same for arty other
