at Fishers island, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State oCNew York, being
bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a bolt in a boulder at the shore of Fishers island
Sound, said point being 549.5 l feet South of a point which is
3047.00 feet Wqt of a monument marking the United States
Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "East End
2" (which said "East End 2" is located on the summit of the
highest hill East of East Harbor on Fishers Island, N.Y. and
lice south 00° 54' West of Latimer Reef Light in Fishers
Island Sound); and thcncc following the meanders of said
shore lint South 86° 46' West 178.7 feet and North GS° 37'
West 110.0 feet; thcncc South 23° 00' Wcst 50.89 feet to an
iron; thence South G8° 23' East 145.8 feet; thence South 55°
56' East 142.9 feet to a monument; thcncc North 75° 3G' East
129.56 feet to a monument; thence North 8° 23' East 96.88
feet to the shore of said Sound; thcncc along the meanders of
said short line North 70° 55' West 24.0 feet and North 82° 19'
west 70.0 Ceet to the point of beginning.
Containing 0.80 acres more or less.

TOGETHER with the right to use in common with others a road over a
strip of land 20 feet in width, the center line of said right of way being described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the Northerly line of the main road
leading to the East End, said point being 1260.24 feet South of
a point which is 2605.22 feet Wcst of said "East End 2"
monument and thence running North 46° 09' West 192.99
feet; thence North 41° 45; West 89.34 feet; thence North 29°
23' Wcst 96.69 feet; thence North 34° 49' Wcst 79.12 feet;
thence North 24° 20' West 61.97 fcet; thence North 18° 34;
West 179.31 feet; thence North 20° 00' West 20 feet more or
less to the Southeasterly line of the about described tract.
TOGETHER with the light to use, subject to the rights ofothers, the
existing water main located in the bed of the aforementioned road extending
Northwesterly from the road to the herein conveyed tract.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Lucille P.
Bolcom to Robert H. Goldie, as Trustee of the Lucille P. Bolcom Trust by decd dated
]antrary 28, 2002, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on April 2, 2002 in Liber

TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all tight, title and interest, if any,
of Grantor in and to (1) land now or formerly lying below the high water mark of Fishers
Island South (sometimes called East Harbor) and (2) the dock and ramp which extends
northerly into East Harbor;
SUBJECT to (a) state of facts shown on the survey dated October 1964,
made by Chandler & Palmer and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber
5793 at Page 194, and (b) agreements, covenants, conditions, consents, restrictions,
reservations and rights of way, if any, of record.
~ SUBJECT to zoning and health laws, regulations and resolutions and all
local ordinances, now or hereafter enacted or to be enforced, affecting the premises herein
conveyed, and all additions and amendments thereto.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the Grantor in and to
any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;
II TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the Grantee,
the heirs or successors and assigns of the Grantee forever.
The westerly portion of the Premises is a portion of Parcel 4
described in the deed, dated September 20, 1948, made

between Fishers Island Eslatcs, Inc. and Remington Rand inc.,
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 2876 of
Conveyances at Page 403, and is subjxt to the agreements,
covenants and restrictions contained in said decd. The
balance of the Premises arc subject to the agreements,
covenants and restrictions described indeed dated July 22,
1965, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber
5793, Page 192.
Said parcels are to be held by the Lucille P. Balcom Trust and
Emily R. Crisp as tenants-in-common.
