WITNESSETH, that whereas letters of administration were issued to the party of the first part
by the Surrogate's Court Suffolk County, New York onFeb. 16 , 1983 and by virtue
of the power and authority given by Article 11 of the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of

release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

a\Ink's a described parcel adjacent to the south of said lots which lots
and described parcel are more particularly bounded and described

98 . 94 feet easterly from the corner formed by the intersection of
the southerly side of Champlin Place with the easterly side of Sterling
Place, which said point of beginning also being where the northeast
corner of land now or formerly Rouse intersects the southerly side

RUNNING THENCE North 73 degrees 25 ' 00" East, along the southerly

RUNNING THENCE southerly and easterly along the westerly and

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
