WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being-iwthe at Greenport, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, known as lots numbers 69 on a map
known as "Greenport Driving Park" surveyed by C.H. Bateman and laid
out into lots by C.H. Hall, C.E. August 1909, and filed in the
office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 12/1/1909 as Map
Number 369, bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Linnet Street distant
400 feet from the corner formed by the intersection of the easterly
side of Seventh Street, with the northerly side of Linnet Street,
running thence along the northerly side of Linnet Street North 82
degrees 46 minutes 10 seconds west 50 . 0 feet; thence North 6 degrees
53 minutes 30 Seconds East 112 . 57 feet; thence South 82 degrees 46
minutes 40 seconds East 50.0 feet; thence South 6 degrees 53 minutes
30 seconds West 112 . 57 feet to the point or place of beginning.
Being the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed dated July 20, 1979 recorded in Suffolk County Clerk' s office
�jt on 'July 260 1979 in Liber 8665 page 218 .

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
