I, WILLIAM M. BEEBEt being the owner of certain land in
DEDICATION AND
RELEASE
Cutchogue, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, and
included within which land are proposed highways known as
Evergreen Drive and Vineyard Drive, and Drainage Area and Open
Space Area and Easement 20' Wide on Lot No.9, described in the
above-entitled matter dated August 10, 1995;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar to me

in.hand paid by Raymond L. Jacobs, Superintendent of Highways of
said Town of Southold, and in further consideration of laying out
of the new highways known as Evergreen Drive and Vineyard Drive,
and for the Drainage Area and Open Space Area and Easement 20'
Wide on Lot No. 9 do hereby release and dedicate to the Town of
Southold all the land heretofore owned by me within said proposed
highway as follows:

The highways are known as Evergreen Drive and Vineyard
Drive, and as Drainage Area and Open Space Area and Easement 20'
Wide on Lot No. 9 as shown and designated on a certain map
entitled "Map of The Woods at Cutchogue, " situate at Cutchogue,
Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, filed in the Office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on March 23, 1989, as Map

To the Town Superintendent of Highways of the Town of
Southold, in the County of Suffolk and State of New York;
The undersigned petitioner, WILLIAM M. BEEBE, liable to be
assessed for highway taxes in the Town of Southold, hereby to
apply to the Town Superintendent of Highways to layout new
highways at Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk, and State of New York, as follows:
1. The highways known as Evergreen Drive and Vineyard
Drive and Drainage Area and Open Space Area and 20 Foot Easement Area on Lot
No.9_, as shown and designated on a certain map entitled "Map of
The Woods at Cutchogue, " situate at Cutchogue, Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, New York, filed in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on March 23, 1989, as Map No. 8717.
Maps of said proposed highways have been made by Roderick
Van Tuyl, P.C., Professional Engineer, and are annexed hereto and

DEDICATION AND
RELEASE
I, WILLIAM M. BEEBE, being the owner of certain land in
CUtchogue, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, and
included within which land are proposed highways known as
Evergreen Drive and Vineyard Drive, and Drainage Area and Open
Space Area and Easement 20' Wide on Lot No.9, described in the
above-entitled matter dated August 10, 1995;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar to me
in hand paid by Raymond L. Jacobs, Superintende~t of Highways of
said Town of Southold, and in further consideration of laying out
of the new highways known as Evergreen Drive and Vineyard Drive,
and for the Drainage Area and Open Space Area and Easement 20'
Wide on Lot No. 9 do hereby release and dedicate to the Town of
Southold all the land heretofore owned by me within said proposed
highway as follows:
1. The highways are known as Evergreen Drive and Vineyard
Drive, and as Drainage Area and Open Space Area and Easement 20'
Wide on Lot No. 9 as shown and designated on a certain map
entitled "Map of The Woods at Cutchogue, " situate at Cutchogue,
