Each of said owners shall hold a 1/6 interest as joint tenants with

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of
Ten Dollars paid by the party of the second part, does hereby
remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part,
the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever,
All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings
and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the
Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State
of New York, known and designated as Lots numbers 9 and 10 on a
certain map entitled "Map of the premises of S. Buel Corwin,
Greenport, Suffolk County, New York and filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk May 23 , 1887 as Map #548 which lots
when taken together as one parcel are more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly
side of Main State Road with the easterly side of Ninth Street
formerly known as Browns Lane; running thence North 89 degrees 33
minutes 30 seconds East along the southerly side of Main State Road
to the dividing line between lot #9 and lot #8 on said map; running
thence South 6 degrees 32 minutes 20 seconds West along said line
123 . 72 feet to the southerly line on lot #9 on said map; running
thence North 89 degrees 58 minutes 00 seconds West along the
southerly line of lot #9 and lot #3.0 on said map 108. 07 feet to the
easterly side of Ninth Street formerly known as Browns Lane;
running thence North 12 degrees 12 minutes 10 seconds East along
