THIS INDENTURE,made the day of July ,nineteenhundredand eighty-eight

parry of the first pert,and James R. Lewis, Jr. and Alice Lewis, his wife,
220 S.W. 32nd Street, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the perry of the first part,in consideration of Ten ($10.00)
lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration paid
by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, plane or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situatei
lying and being 13W at the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described
as follows;
Parcel I
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly aide of Corwin Street .
and the easterly lineof the Land of Mills and from said point
of beginning;
RUNNING THENCE along the southerly aide of Corwin Street South
88t 38' 20" east; 505.84 feet;
yRUNNING THENCE South 7t 9' 00" West; 515.0 feet to the easterly
line of the Land of Mills and
RUNNING THENCE North 6t 36' 40" east along the easterly line of
the Land of Mills 130.66 to the point or place of BEGINNING.
Parcel II
BEGINNING at an iron pipe set on the easterly aide of Sixth
Street where said easterly aide of Sixth Street is intersected
by the southerly line of land of the Long Island Railroad Company,
and fromsaidpoint of beginning - - -
RUNNING THENC north 84t 11' 40" east along the southerly line
of the land of the Long Island Railroad Company 170.55 feet
to the land now or formerly of Chute;
THENCE South 70 18' 20" west along said last mentioned land,
72.33 feet to the land now or formerly of DeJesus;
RUNNING THENCE South 84t 11' 40" west along said last mentioned
land, 170.56 feet to the easterly line of Sixth Street;
RUNNING THENCE North 7t 18' 40" east, along the easterly
side of Sixth Street, 72.33 feet to the point or place of
BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest,if my,of the party of the first part in and to my straw and
roads abutting the above described promisee to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtmances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to
mid premises,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the promises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and amigns of the party of the second part forever.

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not does or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in my way whatever,except m aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lim Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid•
station as a trust Sand to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the more first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using my part of the total of the same for
my other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed m if it rad"parties" whenever the sense of this indenture m requires.
