WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, to whom letters
DISTRICT testamentary were issued by the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, New York
1000 on March 8, 1989 and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last will

to a certain right of way, running thence Northerly along said
right of way a distance of sixty (60) feet, more or less, to the

S. Krancher, running thence in a Westerly direction along last
mentioned land one hundred forty (140) feet, more or less, to the
point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with right of way to said premises of a certain right
of way as now laid out running from the North Road to and by the
rear of said premises, and together with all of the right, title
and interest of the party of the first part or in and to so much
of Bailey Avenue as adjoins said premises on the West.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed dated April 30 , 1954 and recorded in
the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on August 3, 1954 in Liber
3734 page 555 .
