THIS WARRANTY DEED made and executed the 'LL day of August,
A.D. , 1.1987 by MARIA GRZESIK, Individually and as surviving spouse
of STANLEY GRZESIK, Deceased, whose address is 8315 Winnipesaukee
Way, Lake Worth, Florida 33467, hereinafter called the Grantor
to MAR>A GRZESIK, Individually and as surviving spouse of STANLEY
GRZESII(:, 'Deceased, whose post office address is 8315 Winnipesaukee
Way, Lake Worth, Florida 33467, hereinafter called the Grantee.
WITNESSETH: That Grantor for and in consideration of the
sum of $10. 00 and other valuable consideration, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain,
sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the Grantee,
all that certain land situate in the Village of Greenport, Town
of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, viz :
BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the westerly line of

BEING part of same premises described in deed made
by-,;Austin L. :Davison to Ruth L. Young, dated June 28,
1956, recorded July 2, 1956, in Liber 4136 CP 502.
TOGETHER with a right of way over said 49. 5 ' private
road from the northeasterly corner of the above described
premises southerly about 457 feet to Manhanset Avenue for
ingress and egress.
TWMMER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
theretp belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO -HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND. the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee that
Grantor . is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that
Grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey
said land; that Grantor hereby fully warrants the title to said
land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever.
