EXHIBIT A
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the
,buildings and improvements thereon erected, . situate, lying and
be ing near Greenport, Village, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, designated as Lot 36 on a certain map entitled
"Map of Eastern Shores, at Greenport;" and filed in the Office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk oa April 27, 1964 as Map Number
4021, bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Sutton Place,
distant 420 feet easterly from the corner formed by the intersection
of the southerly side of Sutton Place with the easterly- side of
McCann Lane;
RUNNING THENCE, Along the said southerly side of Sutton
Place, North 86 degrees 01 minutes 30 seconds East, 102.22 feet
to Lot 35 as shown on the above mentioned map;
THENCE, Along said Lot 35, South 15 degrees 55 minutes 50
seconds East , 125.17 feet to land now or formerly of Taskek;
THENCE, South 86 degrees 19 minutes 40 seconds West, along
said last- mentioned land, 62:81:-feet -to land now or formerly of
Schneider;
THENCE, 'Along said last mentioend land, the following two
courses and distances:
