BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of land now or formerly
of Edward J. Bahlke distant 343 .18 feet northerly when measured
along the same from a point on the northerly side of North Road;
running thence South 59 47 ' 20' West 80 feet;
thence North 25 43 ' 10" West 475. 68 feet to the ordinary high
water mark of Long Island Sound; thence along said high water
mark on a tie line of North 34 30 ' East 100 feet;
thence South 24 56 ' 30' East along said land now or formerly of
Edward J. Bahlke 519.11 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
Together with an easement or right of way 25 feet in width in
common with others, for access to and from North Road, including
the installation and maintenance of utilities the center line of
