paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs

lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk 'and State of New
York, and described as follows:

QjJ F. Price, Sr. , made by Otto W. Van Tuyl, St.trveyor, and dated Novem-
ber 29, 1927 and filed on December 17, 1927 in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk as file No. 851 being more partic-
ularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of West Street distant
200.0 feet westerly from the corner formed by the intersection of
the southerly side of West Street with the westerly side of Sixth
Avenue, said point of beginning is also where the division line of
lots 58 and 59 intersects the southerly side of West Street; run-
ning thence along said division line South 14 degrees 46 minutes
40 seconds West 150.0 feet to lot 43 on said map; running thence
along the division line of lots 43 and 58 North 75 degrees 13 min-
utes 20 seconds West 50.0 feet to lot 57 on said map; running
thence along the division line of lots 57 and 58 North 14 degrees
46 minutes 40 seconds East 150.0 feet to the southerly side of
West Street; running thence along the southerly side of West Street
South 75 degrees 13 minutes 20 seconds East 50.0 feet to the point
or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as that conveyed to the
party of the first part by deed dated November 13, 1985 and record-
ed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on November
202 1985 in Liber 9919 page 494.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
.eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose ofpaying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
