State of New York, known and designated as parts of Lot Nos 96 and 98 1000 on a certain map entitled , "Plan of Property at Greenport, known as Greenport Driving Park, " and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the SECT. County of Suffolk on December 1 , 1909 , as Map No. 369 , said part of 048 .00 lot and lot when taken together are more particularly bounded and described as follows : BLOCK 02.00 BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Flint Street at the westerly line of the Village of Greenport; running thence along the LOT northerly side of Flint Street North 87 degrees 47 minutes 10 seconds West, 78 .96 feet; running thence North 6 degrees 53 minutes 30 second: East 147.03 feet to land of the Long Island Railroad ; running thence along said lands North 84 degrees 11 minutes 40 seconds East 81 . 18 ' feet; running thence South 6 degrees 58 minutes 30 seconds West otS oo g 165 . 32 feet to the northerly side of Flint Street at the point or place of beginning. Being and intended to be part of the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part herein by deed recorded in Liber 9190 cp. 184.
