cribed as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Inlet
Pond Road with the easterly side of Moores Lane North;
RUNNING THENCE north 69 degrees 02 minutes 10 seconds east, 130 feet;
THENCE south 20 degrees 57 minutes 50 seconds east 150 feet;
THENCE south 69 degrees 02 minutes 10 seconds west 130 feet to the easterly side
of Moores Lane North;
THENCE north 20 degrees 57 minutes 50 seconds west along the easterly side of
Moores Lane North 150 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with beach rights and access thereto as described in grant made by H.J.S.
Land Development Corp. and J.M.S. Land and Development Corp. to Eastern Shores,
Inc. , dated the 17th day of March, 1965 and recorded in the office of the Clerk
of the County- of Suffolk on 3-18-65 in L. 5716 P. 16.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to CARL J. NELSON and RUTH
V. NELSON, his wife by deed dated February.2, 1979 recorded February 15, 1979
