being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Tarpon Drive at the most easterly
terminus of same, said point also being the southeast corner of Lot 51 on the
District above mentioned map;
1000 running thence from said point or place of beginning along the easterly line of
Lot 51 along a tie line North 390 30' 50" East 118.57 feet;
Section running thence South 340 24' 10" East 378.59 feet;

first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
