WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last
will and testament, and in consideration of Three Hundred Thirty Six Thousand

release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances,
and also all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death in said premises, and also
the estate therein, which the party of the first part has or has power to convey or dispose of, whether individ.
ually, or by virtue of said will or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto
the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the pparty of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby thersaid premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the part of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.

SCHEDULE A
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being
near the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, known and designated as Lot Nos. 12, 13 and 14 on a
certain map entitled "Map of property of W.H. Young and R.J. Goodale,
Greenport, L.I. , made by D.R. Young, Surveyor, May 1926" and filed in
the Suffolk County Clerk's Office 9/11/29 under Map No. 585, which said
lots taken together, are bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Middle Road a/k/a County Road
48, formerly North Road, distant 127.3 feet westerly from the intersection
of the northerly side of Middle Road with the westerly line of lands now or
formerly of Mary Cooper Francisco;
RUNNING THENCE along the northerly side of Middle Road, South 78 degrees 55
minutes 40 seconds West, 126.86 feet to the division line between Lot Nos.
11 and 12 on the aforesaid map;
THENCE along said division line, North 16 degrees 18 minutes 50 seconds
West, 440. 55 feet to the mean high water mark of Long Island Sound;
THENCE along said mean high water mark, North 55 degrees 57 minutes 00
seconds East, 102.91 feet;
THENCE South 65 degrees 06 minutes 00 seconds East, 61. 18 feet to the divi-
sion line between Lot Nos. 14 and 15 on the aforesaid map;
THENCE along said division line, South 14 degrees 01 minute 30 seconds East,
443 .54 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
