dated July 11, 1969, and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on April 6, 197
as map No. 5584, bounded and described as follows:

the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
